Shaka Brown will be teaching, performing, and speaking at the 2016 Capital Congress, held at the Westin Alexandria Hotel. Since 2005, the Capital Congress has promoted Latin Dance in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. Artists from around the world come together to participate in 4 days of Salsa!
