Question - Shaka's Secrets Do you dance in your regular shoes or do you change into jazz shoes/dance shoes? 

 

Answer - Shaka's Secrets

You want to wear the shoes that are best for your body. Because I dance quite often, I have to take special care to wear shoes that will keep me from injuring my knees, so I tend to not wear casual shoes to dance in. Here's a video response for you.
